Buffalo Bound for Shakespeare in Delaware Park
Closed up Titus Andronicus with the Rude Mechanicals last night. It was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn from performers with very different backgrounds from my own, a subject upon which I plan to write more extensively later. Today, meanwhile, is dedicated to packing and saying goodbyes since I am Buffalo bound to prepare for rehearsals with Shakespeare in Delaware Park’s production of Richard III. I am looking forward to the challenge of rehashing a role that I have already played with a completely unfamiliar company in my completely familiar hometown. In unrelated news, an update on the summer’s next gig should go up officially tomorrow.
